Jasmin Luna is a contemporary dance artist working across performance, opera, and interdisciplinary practice in NSW, Australia and internationally. Her recent credits include LOVE ARENA, a duet she co-created and performed with Remy Rochester (Sydney Fringe Festival); TARANTISMO by Lauren Brincatt (White Bay Power Station for the Sydney Biennale); WHAT SHOULD WE DO by Akira Yoshida (Eden Theatre, Berlin); BRIGHTNESS by Kristin Chan (Sydney Dance Company); KAIROS by Meryl Tankard (Sydney Festival); and INFERNO for Brandenburg Orchestra (Casula Powerhouse).

She has performed in Opera Australia’s CARMEN (Cockatoo Island) and ATTILA, ANNA BOLENA, AIDA (Sydney Opera House), LAKME (Royal Opera House of Muscat, Oman) as well as BAT LAKE by Eliza Cooper (Riverside Theatre), HABITAT by Kate Dunn (Manly Gallery); STRUT Dance’s PLATYPUS by Lewis Major (Perth); Dream Dance Company’s ENTER THE VORTEX (touring Australia & New Zealand); DOUBLE BEAT by Sara Black (Shopfront Arts Co) and Narella Benjamin’s understudy for CELLA (Sydney Festival).

Jasmin graduated full-time training at Sydney Dance Company’s Pre-Professional Year and Ev & Bow Full-Time Training in 2016.

Jasmin is a qualified Yoga Teacher, attaining her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Certificate at Santosha in early 2019.
